Female Head Door Supervisor - Soho Nightclub

We are seeking a professional FEMALE HEAD DOOR SUPERVISOR to join our security team at a cocktail bar in Soho. You will lead the door team, ensure the safety of customers and staff, and maintain a welcoming but controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the door team during busy nights
• Oversee entry policies, ID checks, and crowd management
• Handle incidents calmly and prfessionally
• Work closely with management and venue staff to ensure smooth operations
• Provide a visible security presence while upholding a friendly and approachable manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 YEARS experience as HEAD DOOR SUPERVISOR 
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence 
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills
• Professional, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure
