SIA Door Supervisor

We have exciting opportunities across a range of bars, pubs, and clubs for candidates with hospitality-sector experience.

We are keen to speak with SIA-licensed Door Supervisors in Newcastle and the surrounding area who are looking for regular work in established venues and want to earn competitive rates of pay.

Ideal candidates will be professional, take pride in their appearance, and have strong customer-service skills to interact confidently with a wide range of clients and customers.

Duties Include:

• Controlling entry and exit routes
• Managing customers to maintain a safe environment within the venue
• Crowd control and monitoring customer behaviour
• Carrying out ID checks
• Screening and searching individuals

Applicants Must:

• Provide a full 5-year work history, supported by a 5-year HMRC employment history printout
• Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor badge
• Have proven experience within the security industry
• Possess good communication skills and be customer-service focused
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Be presentable on site, wearing the correct uniform
