Experienced Door Supervisor - W11

We are seeking an Experienced Door Supervisor for weekend work at a busy nightclub. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on doors and possess excellent communication skills in English. As a key part of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests and staff while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience as a door supervisor, ideally in a nightclub or similar high-traffic venue.
• SIA Door Supervisor License is required.
• Strong understanding of security and safety protocols.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, including late nights.
