Casual Event Steward

Newman Event Services is an industry recognised company and is a provider of services to the event industry. The company has many years of experience in the event sector providing security, stewarding, crowd management, health & safety advice, event management and infrastructure. 

We are looking to employee Casual Event Stewards. Most of our work is local to the Oxfordshire area, although we are starting to branch out nationwide, therefore you will be offered work all over and depending on the job there will be camping available, although these jobs are not mandatory. 

You must be smart, presentable and all over – reliable. We don’t guarantee hours but we will offer all hours on jobs that we have available, we will normally do this via text, email, or online scheduling software and then you simply book on the job you want. You are then confirmed on the job and will receive a dress code, times of arrival etc. a week before the job.  

We also offer internal promotional opportunities, for anyone who wishes to further their career in the events industry. 

Once we have received your information we will contact you to fill in an application form and provide references. Once we have this back we will, invite you for an interview. Following this, work will be offered for a trial period, this will help us decide whether you fit into the ethos of our company.
