Mobile Response/Control Room Operative

LOCATION: St Helens, WA9 1UA & North West

Position: Mobile Response/Control Room Security Officer 

Pay Rate: £12.50 to £13.50 per hour 

Hours: 48+ hours per week, Nights & Weekends Days

Due to ongoing and continued success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and forward-thinking Mobile Response/Control Room Operative to join our team at our Head Office in St Helens & around the North West. You should have good communication skills, look smart and have experience within the security industry.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Attending alarm activations & welfare checks.
• Assisting in Control Room duties as & when required for sickness & holidays.
• Monitoring our Security Officers' welfare across the Country via the use of our electronic management systems.
• Communicating with our security officers.
• Receiving Alarm activations and communicating with emergency services and alarm companies. 
• Conduct regular check calls and maintain logs of any incidents.
• Monitor the CCTV system and react to all emergencies, taking appropriate action in respect of police, fire, and local authorities or otherwise.
• Site work would also be available if required.

Requirements

• SIA Licence (Required)
• Driving Licence
• Previous experience within a Security environment
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Thinking and reasoning skills for dealing with emergencies
• Ability to work well with others and also alone
