Door Supervisor must live 30/40 min away from location

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to venues by assessing the suitability of guests in line with licensing laws and venue-specific policies.
• Monitor crowd behaviour and ensure the venue operates within legal capacity.
• Conduct proactive and visible patrols throughout the premises.
• Prevent and manage incidents through de-escalation techniques; when necessary, carry out lawful physical interventions using professionalism at all times.
• Perform physical searches on entrance to the venue, with respect and politeness to all customers. 
• Protect patrons, staff, and property by identifying and responding to potential security threats.
• Provide detailed and accurate reports of incidents, refusals, searches, and interventions.

What We Require:

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory).
• A minimum of 1 proven years experience working as a Door Supervisor in high-volume night-time venues (e.g. bars, pubs, clubs).
• A smart, well-groomed appearance and strong personal presentation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
• Proven ability to defuse and resolve conflicts safely and effectively.
• High levels of vigilance, situational awareness, and professionalism.
