Relief Security Officer

As a Relief Security Officer you will be trained and required to work at a number of our clients premises to assist us with absence cover, with a view to being allocated a fixed shift pattern when the opportunities arise.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Demonstrate their character as determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable at all times when welcoming clients and customers
• Travel to various corporate sites to cover sickness, holiday and provide support to the core team when required.
• Must be able to man the phones, emails, IT systems, CCTV and Alarms, Doors and Car park as and when necessary.
• Keeping an accurate record and reporting any incidents or issues to the Regional Business Manager.

The successful applicant will:

• Be highly motivated.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have an excellent command of the English language.
• Have the ability to present themselves in an extremely professional manner.
• Have the highest standards of customer care skills.
• Be a team player and very customer orientated.
• Be very flexible and available to work unsocial hours including nights and weekends.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid SIA Licence
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
