Description
Churchill Support Services are seeking a professional professional to join our Mobile Response Team. Working as the Mobile Response Officer (MRO) you will be in a pivotal position within the company, liaising directly with customers, suppliers and employees. Reporting directly to the Senior Supervisor you will have many diverse and important roles and responsibilities.
Your duties would include, but are not limited to, alarm response, reporting incidents and completing mobile patrols, locking and unlocking of clients premises.
Customer care and service excellence are high on the agenda and therefore it is crucial that you are able to demonstrate your understanding and experience of these key elements.
The current shift pattern is a fixed pattern of 4 on 4 off day shift with availability for overtime .

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating employees to ensure that the highest standards of quality control and customer care are delivered
- Develop strong relationships with clients and staff
- Ensure compliance of Company policies and procedures within your area, including Health and Safety and risk assessments
- Conduct regular, scheduled Locks/Unlocks and Patrols on behalf of our clients
- Respond to Alarm Activation's
- Conduct regular KPI and Welfare visits of all our Security Officers
- The training and development of all Security Officers and employees
- Health & Safety across the whole business
- Managing and maintaining all company and or customer vehicles, keys, personal information and property
- You will be responsible for the safe guarding of keys in accordance with the policy, ensuring that all keys remain tagged and stored in a secure safe
- You will be responsible for the safe keeping and effective organisation of all equipment and relevant documentation in accordance with the Supervisors Handbook and the company’s Quality Assurance Procedures (e.g. risk assessments, assignment instructions, running sheets, the rota, site visit reports etc.)
- You are responsible for the care, cleanliness and maintenance of all vehicles and equipment.
Person Specification
Essential
- Valid SIA License
- Valid Driving License
- Personal presentation of a very high standard
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Good Organisational skills
- Computer literate
- High level of professionalism
- Reliable with excellent time keeping and attendance
- Ability to use initiative and be adaptable
- Ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience working with the Security industry
- Own transport
