The Role - Wembley Stadium Event Day Officer

The position will require the successful candidate to maintain a safe and secure environment for our client by patrolling and monitoring the site.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To be able to engage confidently with customers at all levels, providing them with a positive experience within a friendly environment of First Response Group
• Liaise with management team and operations team
• To conduct regular patrols of the site on foot, ensuring all occurrences are logged on return to the Security base.
• Ensure all occurrences/incidents within your duty are recorded
• Understand and follow site procedures and escalation.
• First Line response: Able to respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations across site
