SIA Security Officer (W8) Weekend Days - Permanent - High End Residential

A Security Officer serves the visitors, residents and staff by maintaining the safety and security of the property and personnel. We are looking for a Security Officer to work as a part the security team at a busy high end residential building in Holland Park.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• The ability to remain calm under pressure
• Perform patrols and cover security post working weekend days shift pattern.
• Report and monitor health and safety issues and ensure a full safe working practice
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests, team members and visitors, their belongings and all site assets at all times by taking a proactive and customer focussed approach to security;
• Support in the deterrence of unwanted and criminal activity by being a visible presence on site
• Assist in any emergency situations, such as evacuations, remaining calm and professional at all times
• Report and record all incidents and accidents in a timely, ensuring they are communicated to the relevant people
• Work independently as well as part of a team.
