Security Officer

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified professional for the positions of Security Officer at our Aspers Newcastle site. Brand Ambassadors for the business a Security Officer is an advocate of creating a friendly; entertaining and safe Aspers Casino environment compliant with license conditions and SIA legislation. The successful applicants will have accountability for:

Providing timely advice; support; guidance and direction for Aspers Newcastle patrons with regards to the secure and compliant environment.

Displaying positive and consistent visibility on the Gaming Floor.

Brand Ambassadors on the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Minimizing risk through the demonstration of an acute understanding of compliance & legislation.

Key Selection criteria

• A valid SIA Doors Supervisor License
• Understanding of Challenge 25
• Knowledge of the Newcastle area & clientele
• A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and recognition
• A minimum of 1 year Security experience in a high volume, fast paced environment governed by legislation.
