NIGHT SECURITY OFFICER VACANCY

PAYE or Self-Employed with UTR Number. 10.42 PAYE or 12.42 UTR

LOCATION - Tidenham, Chepstow

12 hours per shift

SHIFT - 4 on 4 off shift pattern 7pm to 7am

Job Purpose:

Assist in creating and maintaining secure premises overnight and during weekends, communicate and liaise with guests staying overnight on the property, and monitoring CCTV

Job Description:

· Maintain a security presence at all times in order to create a safe and secure environment for all staff and property. The site will be redeveloped and the security will be responsible to secure the property during this redevelopment and then thereafter during its function.

· To respond to all emergency calls and support appropriately.

· To have an onsite presence at all times, being vigilant, proactive and responsive.

· To proactively organise day-to-day planning schedules.

· To comply with all SIA licensing requirements.

· To provide on-site information and local information to team and customers.

· To maintain the security log in a professional and factual manner.

· Assisting with the effective shut down of the complex on an evening/night, ensuring that safety and customer service standards are maintained.

· To report potential accidents and incidents

Person Specification:

· Hold current SIA (or equivalent) certification.

· Have outstanding customer service skills.

· Ideally have experience of conflict resolution.

· Achievement focussed.

· Strong communication and influencing skills.

· Experience of working successfully as part of a wider team.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Desire to strive for success and achieve more.

Secure the premises of the evening and Maintenance of incidents during the night and incident logs

Liaison with senior staff from the client over service provision/problem-solving

Liaison with overall site management
