SIA RETAIL SECURITY OFFICER

We are currently RECRUITING for SIA LICENSED RETAIL SECURITY OFFICERS to work in and around DONCASTER.

Average 48 hours a week available. 8-12 hour shifts available, 7 days a week.

The rate of pay for this position starts from £9.50ph, higher rate on a weekend (depending on experience and position given)

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Regular patrols and checks of stores, internally and externally.
• Complete all relevant paperwork such as log books and incident reports.
• Assisting the store to manage customer capacity.
• Having a professional and polite attitude towards staff and customers.
• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner.
• Be an ambassador for Professional Security, taking pride in the work you undertake.
• Respond to all security incidents and write detailed incident reports.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• SIA license is essential (SG or DS)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to follow instructions
• A professional manner and personal integrity
• The willingness to go the extra mile
• Flexibility to work with the business needs
• A 5 year checkable work or education history (BS7858 Security Screening)
