We are currently RECRUITING for SIA LICENSED DOOR SUPERVISOR roles at premium pubs and bars BIRMINGHAM.

Full time or part time hours available, 2-5 nights a week.

MUST be comfortable working in licensed premises.

Responsibilities will include:

• Controlling entry and exit route
• Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue
• Crowd control
• Supervising customer arrivals
• Carrying out ID checks
• Screening and searching individuals

Applicants Must:

• Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor Badge.
• Have proven experience within the security industry.
• Be able to provide a 5 year work/school history.
• Have previous Door Supervisor/Head Door Supervisor Experience.
• Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
