Role: Proactively patrol client's infrastructure, deter antisocial behavior, and ensure a safe environment. Ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-profile reassurance.
• Prevent unauthorized railway access and ticketless travel.
• Offer excellent customer service.
• Prevent and detect crime and antisocial behavior.
• Enforce railway byelaws.
• Maintain visible security presence.
• Update daily logs.
• Assist in times of disruption.
• Carry out security checks.
• Implement crime prevention measures.

Patrol Responsibilities:

• Identify suspicious items or individuals.
• Follow HOT and WHAT protocols.
• Disperse nuisance groups.
• Enforce no-smoking policies.
• Manage individuals under the influence.
• Handle young/vulnerable individuals.

Health & Safety Responsibilities:

• Comply with health & safety instructions.
• Use safety equipment properly.
• Report accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Person Specification:

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proactive attitude.
• Team player with initiative.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Door Supervisor license (essential).
• RSAS/CSAS-trained (desirable).
• First aid trained (desirable).
• SIA CCTV license (desirable)
• Customer service: 2 years (required)
