Female Security Officer - Days & Nights - Full Time

CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security. Ensuring the safety of a whole host of people during the status quo and specialist events while maintaining a professional customer focused mentality.

This building is an impressive office-led development in the City of London. We are looking for someone who will ensure the delivery of world-class customer centric services which offer value for money and continuously enhance the client and visitor experience within a high-rise building.  

Job Requirements:

• SIA Licence required.
• Experience in high end corporate front of house, corporate security, or concierge services for at least 1 year an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times.
• Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills.
• A friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character.
• To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
• Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative.
• Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift.
• The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures.
• To ensure guests and visitors are given an excellent standard of greeting and care whilst in the building.
