Response Centre Controller

Full-time permanent: Rota of 12-hour shifts using a 3 Day, 3 Night, 3 off rotation.

Must hold a current SIA front line licence.

Salary: £32,266

The Role

An exciting time to be joining us – over the last 3 years we have doubled in size and have an ambitious growth plan to grow by another 250% in the next 5 years.

Based from our Head Office in Camberley inside our purpose built Response Centre using the latest technology.

The role will be as a first responder to CCTV, intruder and fire alarm activations, assessing risk factors and determining the required response, dispatching resources and reporting on the outcomes.

Full training will be provided, as well as uniform. Working on a rota of 12 hour shifts with a mixture of days and nights.

Duties will include:

· CCTV monitoring using our monitoring platform.

· Receiving and processing all alarm activations.

· Incident reporting.

· Responding to incoming calls and mobilising response units and emergency services.

· Direct supervision of the Mobile Security Team and K9 Response Team.

· Resourcing and rostering for static assignments.

· Liaising with clients, team members and the emergency services to make sure we deliver exceptional service.

The successful candidate will …

· Hold a front line SIA Licence.

· Have an eye for detail and able to follow standard operating procedures.

· Have excellent communication skills with the ability remain calm, polite and courteous at all times but especially when under pressure.

· Be computer comfortable and have the ability to learn new systems.

· Have a passion for service and act as an ambassador for the company with our clients.

· Be reliable, punctual, and flexible with lots of common sense and a good team player.

· An unquestionable level of integrity and confidentiality.
