Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Patrol Officer who will work across our sites in Kent, London & Essex.
You must be able to demonstrate and deliver high quality of customer service skills, and you will be responsible for ensuring that company security procedures are maintained to a high standard and exercised effectively across all client sites.
You are required to hold a SIA Licence.
Position Information:
- Job Title: Mobile Patrol Officer
- Location: Must be able to travel to ME2 4DP to collect vehicle before each shift - Location of sites are based around London, Kent & Essex
- Pay Rate: £12.00
- Hours: 42 Hours Average per week
- Shifts Pattern: 4 on 4 off , Nights
Job Role/Requirements
- SIA Licence required
- Security and customer service experience is required
- Must have good command of English language
- Good levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all times
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties
- Valid driving Licence 2+ years
- Must be 25 + due to company vehicle policy
- All applicants must pass BS7858, So you must have a right to work in the UK, A 5 Year checkable work history and proof of identification
Main Duties
- Completion of all necessary Paperwork associated with BS7984 & 7499
- Ensure all work is completed through the software County provide using the company issued device.
- Follow all Assignment Instructions when carrying out patrols or alarm attendances.
- Inform Service Delivery Manager of any changes required to Assignment Instructions.
- Take responsibility of Keys in relation to Key holding contracts for the duration of the shift.
- Carry out key checks in line with BS standards requirements at commencement and end of shift.
- Check vehicle to ensure roadworthy at the commencement of each shift and complete required paperwork.
- Respond to missed check calls to ensure the safety of the officer on site and report back to County with the outcome.
- Respond to all alarms in a timely manner as and when alerted.
- Undertake site visits during times where there are no alarm responses to check the welfare of our staff on site.
- Taking direction from our controller throughout your shift..
