Security Supervisor

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the Security Team and the safety and security of St John’s Shopping Centre, its tenants and customers. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• The day-to-day management of the Security Team ensuring Company and Partner requirements are met
• Attend and contribute to daily centre management briefing
• Review performance of the Security Team
• Evaluate working practices to drive improvements
• Ensuring staff levels are in line with contractual agreement
• Assisting with time & attendance via payroll system
• H&S reporting for the Centre & Management Team
• Producing weekly payroll data
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with our Partner & Tenants
• Conduct training with the team to ensure development is in line with business requirements
• Conduct HR meetings i.e., investigations/disciplinary meetings, welfare & return to works etc
• Motivate the team to achieve required standards
• Any other reasonable management requests
• Provide high levels of customer service to all stakeholders including shoppers, retailers, contractors and partners at all time

As a Security Supervisor you will need:

• Valid SIA Licence and First Aid certification
• A valid CCTV
• You must be flexible
• Highly motivated
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• To be able to use technology
