Relief CCTV Operator/Security Guard

This is an exciting opportunity to join Enigma Security Solutions Ltd as a Relief CCTV Operator/Security Guard at our sites covering London, Kent and Horley. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide supervision and cover shifts for various sites and locations by conducting visits and overseeing shift operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to the role.

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 42 hours

Mileage after 20 miles will be paid.

Duties Include:

• Relief CCTV officer/Relief Security Guard.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrol activities, incidents, and shift reports. Generate incident reports, logs, and any other relevant documentation as required.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, addressing any concerns or inquiries and maintaining a customer-oriented approach at all times.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Show a level of flexibility and be able to adapt to new sites and systems.
• Providing front-line operational support
• Respond appropriately to any incidents and or service needs
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Person Specifications:

• Must be flexible and willing to cover shifts at short notice
• Must hold a CCTV SIA Licence
• Valid FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE
• Must hold a valid SIA Frontline License.
• 5 year checkable work/career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standard BS7858

Desirable skills/experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to pass NPPV level 2 and Security clearance.
• To be committed and reliable.
• Some security/CCTV experience.
