Night Shift Supervisor

Description of Duties:

• Patrolling of a shopping centre including the surrounding area
• Performing regular health and safety checks
• Maintenance of car park machinery
• Providing a safe environment for shoppers in all public areas
• Liaising with Store Managers and local authorities
• Regular and accurate report writing
• Basic Admin
• Dealing with first aid situations when they arise
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests
• Proactive interaction with the general public offering superb customer service at all times
• Ensuring all staff, security & cleaning are carrying out duties in line with site assignment instructions.
• Ensuring all staff work safely and do not deviate from Assignment Instructions.
• Ensuring all staff are in the correct uniform at all times.
• Keeping a check on cleaning stock levels and placing monthly orders.
• Managing absence & lateness
• Planning monthly rotas.
• Assist the DM with the delivery of staff training when required.

Experience/Skill Requirements- Essential:

• Supervisory Experience
• Cleaning Experience
• Team Leading Skills
• IT Skills
• SIA & CCTV (PSS) Licence must be held
• First Aid at Work or EFAW
• Smart Appearance

Experience/Skill Requirements- Desirable:

• Planning & Organising Staff Rotas. (Training will be given)
• Knowledge of COSHH. (Training will be given)
• Customer Service Skills. (Training will be given)
• Shift Work
• Team Player
