Mobile Dual Service Officer

As a Mobile Security Officer, you will be travelling to various sites in the local area supporting The Westgrove Sites in Bristol providing Security, Cleaning or Dual Service cover for Holidays and Sickness

• Patrolling of a shopping centre including the surrounding area
• Performing regular health and safety checks
• Providing a safe environment for shoppers in all public areas
• Liaising with Store Managers and local authorities
• Regular and accurate report writing
• Dealing with first aid situations when they arise
• Proactive interaction with the general public offering superb customer service at all times
• Patrolling with cleaning trolley
• Carrying out general cleaning tasks
• Use of Cleaning Machinery
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests

As a Security Officer you will need:

• Valid SIA Licence and First Aid certification
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A valid CCTV Licence is desirable
• You must be flexible
• Highly motivated
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of COSHH
• Experience in the Security or Cleaning Industry (or both)
