We are looking for an experienced Head of Security (HD) to join our team in Bristol.

We are currently seeking a Head Of Security personnel to lead our dynamic team of door supervisors in Bristol.

Responsibilities

As our Head of Security, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the security team on shift.
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and the venue.
• Conducting team briefings and allocating duties.
• Handling incidents professionally and effectively.
• Working closely with venue management and emergency services when required.
• Ensuring company policies and venue procedures are followed at all times.
• Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence.

Requirements:

• To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Head of Security (HD).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of venue security, conflict management, and emergency procedures.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
• A professional attitude and appearance.

Working Pattern:

-Thursday to Saturday

-Occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays

Pay:

Starting from £15.50 per hour, depending on experience.
