Retail Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol retail premises to deter theft, vandalism, and anti-social behaviour.
• Observe and report suspicious activities and incidents.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
• Prevent and detect shoplifting and internal theft.
• Complete incident, accident, and daily activity reports accurately and promptly.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Provide a visible security presence and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with store management, employees, and emergency services when required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
