Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for customers and staff. The role requires strong communication, situational awareness and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Key duties:

• Control entry and conduct searches in line with venue procedures.
• Identify and manage potential risks, conflict and disorder.
• Deal professionally with refusals, ejections and challenging behaviour.
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the venue.
• Work closely with the Head Doorman, security team and venue management.
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
• Provide accurate incident reports where required.
• Maintain a professional standard of conduct at all times.
