- Monitor customer and employee activity throughout the store.
- Deter and prevent shoplifting, theft, and other criminal activities.
- Conduct regular patrols of sales floors, stockrooms.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances.
- Assist with investigations involving theft, accidents, or policy violations.
- Complete incident, accident, and loss-prevention reports accurately and promptly.
- Enforce store policies and procedures while maintaining professional customer service.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement when required.
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure security protocols are followed.
- Support emergency evacuations and safety procedures.
