The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing security operations across multiple hospitality venues, ensuring high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise security teams across multiple sites, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, venue management, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SIA regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance, and deployment.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and risk assessments.
• Manage incidents, resolve operational issues, and implement improvements.
• Monitor staffing levels, budgets, and service delivery standards.

Essential Requirements:

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in security management within the hospitality or night-time economy sector. A valid SIA licence and the ability to manage multiple venues in a fast-paced environment are essential.
